This means that treatments start on time and ensures that every guest receives the full treatment. If you are late we may have to finish the treatment early to minimize inconvenience for other guests.

All cancellations should be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment by phone or SMS. For late
cancellations we charge 75 % of the treatment fee. We do not accept cancellations by email.
